MSI Radeon HD 7770

I found this card today for $109+$40 in mail in rebates,totaling $69.....
It seems to be a decent performer for the price,but this time of year you can find lots of discounted cards
at almost half off.
Is this a good deal even at $100,or should I keep my eyes open for a better performer at this price range?

There is also a Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 GHZ Ed. OC for $109 no rebates....is it worth the extra $40?

Go with an asrock board. with that extra money you could probably get a 3570k and possibly a 7850. Also that looks like a good deal to me. Make sure that it doesn't have something weird like ddr3 ram though. I can't imagine that it would though.

I bought all the components listed months ago at a steal,they work like a champ,just hunting for a decent card.
