Will this PSU fit this case/Mobo

I have a V3 Black Edition PC case along with a Gigabyte Intel B75 LGA1155 motherboard. I recently had to ditch the PSU and am now looking for another one. The previous one was only 350 watts and suited my needs, as this PC is purely for web browsing and skype calls. I was looking at the CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 430W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply as a replacement, but I'm not sure if it will fit the case and mobo?

Hi. Yes it's compatible and will fit.

It's compatible but I've had some major problems with it on LGA 1155 builds. Go with the Seasonic 430W instead - it's about $20 more but it's a very solid and stronger supply than the CX430 is.
