Hello

Purchase date : in a week or so
Usage : Gaming only
CPU : i7 3770K stock + 8GB 1600mhz DDR3 + Asus P8Z77-V MB + PSU AX750
Monitor : Samsung 27inch (1920*1080)
Preffered site : Amazon , Newegg(if I have to)
Location : USA

-----------------------------
Now I know that :
Asus
Core Clock: 1058MHz
Boost Clock: 1137MHz
Comments : Some people on various forums claim that it has stability issues (probably due to high level of factory OC) + Amazon dosen't sell it

Gigabyte
Core Clock: 980MHz
Boost Clock: 1058MHz
Comments : Looks like (and from reviews) it has excellent cooler , but lower performance due to clocks (compaired to the others) ? in addition , I had good years of experience with GB graphic cards ! like there 8800GT that had Zalman cooler years ago

MSI
Core Clock: 1019MHz
Boost Clock: 1079MHz
Comments : looks like the middle from the 3 , better clocks than Gigabyte , might be less cooling than also Gugabyte ..

Zotak :
Core Clock: 1098MHz
Boost Clock: 1176MHz
Comments : Never had a chance with this company , but clocks (and reviews) highly praise it for performance !! , Amazon dosen't stock it from them directly ...

What do you suggest ?
Thanks

I would suggest the Asus Top or MSI PE.I own two MSI 670 PE i can max all games out of course. Newegg reviews are not reliable. The answer is simple, GTX 670 DirectCU II was born TOP, a video card generous in every respect. With high performance. ASUS is set to make inroads into the hearts of hardcore overclockers thanks to a generous factory overclock and quality components designed to increase the frequency. I would be all over that Asus TOP for its high factory overclock, cool temps, and really, really quiet fans, heavily modified PCB, with an efficient VRM design to produce low temperatures, improved voltage regulation circuitry, much better Chil controller , specially binned chip and voltage control and monitoring support that you won't find on most other non-reference cards.

ASUS GeForce GTX 670 Direct CU II TOP - 10.0 rating (only card ever to get a 10.0)

MSI's GTX 670 Power Edition uses the famous Twin Frozr IV cooler from the MSI Lightning and comes with a large clock speed boost out of the box, making its default clock speed even higher than GTX 680 stock clocks. MSI is asking a $389.99 price for their card, which doesn't look unreasonable, given the improved cooling and higher clocks.

ASUS GTX 670 TOP = Silent.
MSI GTX 670 PE = Better Overclocking.

Pick which you care more about. Nothing is Perfect between those 2 card. If you care more about silent, I would choose ASUS, but if you care more about Overclocking, I would go for 670 PE. Both are Excellent card.

Thanks man...You know what ? I don't OC at all !!! just don't want/need that for many reasons !! I always look for performance/stability out the box ...

Probably should metion that in your post so you don't waste your time as well as others.Hmmm... i would go for this one then http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125423 since you prefer not to overclock it seems to me a good choice for you.Basically it all comes down to personal preference for me overclocking is a hobby and i won't buy a card if it does not OC well it's a must!!! For others such as yourself it's not a big deal to each his/her own!!
