The site says that everything is compatible but I would like to know if everything truly is compatible such as will the motherboard wil fit so on and so forth and what power supply should I get I honestly dont trust the web site and is there room for improvement such as lowering the price without risking performance or maintaining the price and better performance.

All of those components are compatible, but there are some things I would change...

First, if an HDD is going to be your main drive, and not and SSD, do not get a 5400 RPM drive. Get a 7200 RPM drive, you'll be much happier.

Second, get a 64 bit version of Windows. 32 bit Windows 8 caps out at 4 Gb of memory. if you want to use all 8 Gb, you need a 64 bit version of Windows.

Last, save some money on the keyboard and mouse and put it toward a better graphics card or CPU. You don't need to spend that much on a keyboard and mouse. I'll see if I can throw a recommendation together for you later.

I forgot to ask what is your budget, as you also need a PSU?
