New build, need help with motherboard, also rate/modify

Hey, so am gonna be putting together a new computer case and everything. I would like to keep the price around 1,200$, I have picked out every part besides a Motherboard(Need help deciding what would be the best for everything else i have picked), and i am defiantly open to any advice or parts that would be better than what i have picked. Here is what i got so far comes out at around 1,096$ with out a motherboard.

Case - (Cooler Master HAF 922)

CPU - - (i5 3570k)

GPU - - (Evga GTX 670)

RAM - - (G.Skill 8gb)

Power Supply - - (Corsair 750W)

HDD - - (WD 1TB)
SSD - - (Have adapter so it will fit in the case)

MotherBoard - ??? (Need help on what would be best for the rest of my setup)

Approximate Purchase Date: Within a Month or so.

Budget Range: Like to keep it around 1,200$ Give or take a little.

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies,etc...

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Whole new build.

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts:

Parts Preferences: Intel only for CPU and Nvidia only for GPU.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080.

I would suggest a asrock z77 extreme 4. Also this is a recommended board by this site.

I also can't see a cooler, Add a cooler or add whenever you feel to oc, a hyper 212 evo will do.
