Hi - HEC the oem for that PSU does make some good PSU's. I don't know about this particular one,
but what 4745454b says really does apply, you'd want more +12v amps & 276w(23a x 12v)
for a higher end card & CPU.
If you live in the US, there's great deals right now on quality PSU's.

Can you read that stuff right above "DC Output"? It says your total 12V rail is not to exceed 23A (276W) and its really a 400W PSU. Peak is 450. I would get a new PSU if you want to run a higher end card.
What he said. Those psu's arent great quality especially if you want to run that card. In my opinion check newegg and amazon they have some nice 500 w antec psu's modular and 80 plus. Huge leap in quality and there around the 50-60$ mark.
