Hi,
our brand new 6610i which has only had the minimum of personalisation,
ie added about 10 names and numbers to the address book, never displays
the name of the caller even though they are in the address book.

Searching the menus, this doesn't seem to be a feature you can either
enable or disable

Any Ideas?

The standard things that cuase this: are the names in phone memory and
SIM memory is selected or vice versa, or are the names or numbers both
in SIM and phone memory?
