Which Card?

Hello. I have found a EVGA 01G-P3-1464-RX GeForce GTX 560 SE (Fermi) 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card on sale for 110 dollars. But before i saw that i was looking at a EVGA 01G-P4-3650-KR GeForce GTX 650 Ti 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card for about 30 dollars more. My motherboard is only PCIe 2.0, so the fact that one is 3.0 doesnt matter. Also, if one is better, is the factor of paying more or less for it really worth it.
