Hi! So having the memory, and the PSU already give us a good amount of money. Here's something I have come up with. This will also have gaming, video editing, and audio recording abilities.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-4170 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($74.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.99 @ Microcenter)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 550 Ti 1GB Video Card ($104.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($34.99 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($18.98 @ Outlet PC)
Total: $408.93
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

These parts are pretty common, so you can probably find them in India or wherever you are :)

rofl, how can you offer him a build when u dont even know what his currency is. When it comes to things like that if you dont know it, leave it alone. Or use the website he posted and offer him a build from that website as best as possible in his price range

Hey Emelth. I was just making a joke. He uses Rupees so he's probably in India but there are parts of Asia that use Rupees too. By the way, I was just trying to help. You don't need to act like that.
