It's bad value for a gaming build.

I mean its price/performance metric is poor compared to other possible systems.

Complete overkill in the memory department.

You can get just 8 GB and save enough to get a 7950.
Memory- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
GPU- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Also you're missing a few things such as an optical drive, OS, HDD and/or SSD. Do you already have those or just forgot them?

You could also save about a bit on the case but that's personal preference.

The PSU is overkill for just one GPU but if you want to add a second card for CF in the future you would be ready to go right away.

Just get 8gb RAM. Games don't use more than 4gb anyway. Use all the money saved there and get a better GPU. Always get the best GPU you can afford when building a gaming build.
