I just built my PC which includes a Sapphire Vapor-X 7970 GHz and an i5-3570k.
I ran Skyrim and noticed there were black/grayish bars flickering on the top third of my screen. I played BF3 and noticied the same thing except the bars were on my entire screen and moving down the screen. Enabling V-Sync fixed it to the point where it's the same as Skyrim, but it's still highly irritating. I tried this with another monitor and cable (both are vga w/DVI adapters) with the same results. I'm just hoping it's not a permanent problem with the card because then i'd have to RMA it D
