you need to give the memory a little bit more voltage. Try 1.55 or 1.6.

Are you playing online games OK? My guess would be network drivers, but not if you are running online games fine.

Try a different web browser and/or the latest flash player.

I can't use youtube with Firefox but videos work great in Chrome.

Maybe overheating, check if the cooler is correctly attached. Is you Windows a fresh install or one you have ported over the new system. maybe PSU is on the verge of failing. Maybe BIOS need to be updated. check for loose connection inside the case. Is the case well vented with fans pushing and pulling air to create a good fresh air circulation.

i checked my temps idle can be 1-30
full load 45 tops

rechecked my case its all vented

do u think its my psu not supplying enough power at certain times?

Did you update drivers?

it could be, but that would be surprising. The wattage is there, but maybe that, on one rail, the AMP is not strong enough.
Is that a fresh install?

there is 2 kind of thermaltake 600w PSU. good one and cheap ones. If it is a 600w tr2, and it was inexpensive, then it may be the bad ones. it can be dying..

This is the most likely correct answer .

Your browser , or a browser plug in [ most likely FLASH] is causing the problem

uninstall all browser plug ins , and update or change your browser

Try to update the network adapter driver to the latest version by going to the device manager in computer properties and locate the network adapter: LAN or wireless and update the driver.

are you sure this isnt just the speed of your internet connection?

If its not fast enough to keep up with the video the video will stop and only continue after buffering ....getting far enough ahead that the video can keep playing

It may get unstable when it downclocks and undervolts.

Try disabling all the power-saving features in the BIOS.

Not really a fix at this point, but a troubleshooting measure.

Hey. I had pretty much a similar problem. Now my advice : get your PC back in the default settings in (BIOS), when you have done that simply clean the registry. That should help. Here is a link for registry cleaner : http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner
