SLI Compatability

You'll have to forgive my lack of knowledge on the topic, but I'm looking for an answer regarding SLI card compatibility. Below is the setup:

Current GPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130604
Prospective second GPU - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130623&Tpk=N82E16814130623

The original plan was to get a second GPU identical to my current GPU. However, Newegg sold out of those last night. Not wanting to miss out on the current deals I'm looking for alternative options, hence the prospective second GPU. Can anyone help me find the difference between the two listed cards? I can't seem to find a difference other than price.

This being my first foray into SLI I'm not terribly firm on all of the concepts. I know they should work together in SLI, but I just wanted to double check.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

The AR Model Seems To Have Lifetime Warranty Hope This Helps

Thanks for the quick responses. The lifetime warranty would seem to be the difference-maker. It's just a shame they sold out of that one as well now.
