I'd give it a 4/10 - Raidmax is a horrendous vendor (and Biostar is a huge mixed bag), and the Phenom II is an OK CPU, the FX-6300 would be a far better CPU for around $100 - $120. Switch out the case with something like the Cooler Master HAF 912, and switch the motherboard for something from Asus, Asrock, or Gigabyte. Then I would give it a 7 or 8 out of 10.

There's also no RAM in your build - make sure to get something from Crucial, Corsair, or Mushkin.

Sorry about that, I already purchased ram during Black Friday at Newegg. I have G-Skill Sniper. Is that okay? I will reply with a new revised build soon.

Yeah that RAM is fine as long as the voltages match - for AMD most will take either 1.5V or 1.65V.

I'm not sure if this is correct or not, but from what I inquired, fx-6300 is a updated fx-6100. I read about the Piledriver CPU architecture (6300) fixes the flaws in the Bulldozer CPU architecture (6100). Could someone please back me up? I have only just correct about this. Thanks!

I checked the 'Source 210' out before. (not a fan of the silver infrastructure of the 'HAF 912' ); I have a question about the 'Source 210', would the extra $10 for the USB 3.0 be worth it? Or will the USB 2.0 be substantial for 4+ years?

The first generation of FX I'd definitely agree with you but Piledriver (current generation) is a huge improvement over the existing architecture. It actually comes close to matching and in some cases beating the i3. It's not as good as the 3570K that's for sure but it's definitely a step in the right direction for AMD.

I'd say so.
