Will my system bottleneck a new gpu?

My specs are
3.2GHz Intel Core i5-3470 processor
Intel B75 Express chipset- motherboard
12GB DDR3 RAM
2TB 5900 RPM SATA hard drive
Windows 8


And I was either gonna buy a asus radeon 7870 or evga gtx 660 sc.
And also will my motherboard or cpu bottleneck/hold back my graphic cards?
