Asus 6950 1gb fps drop in 3dmark11

Hi, so when I run 6950 1gb in 3dmark11 stock clocks, when I start the test I see a stable 26-28fps, then after 5 seconds suddently drops to 15, then back up to 28. then after 5 more seconds drops to 15 fps, then back up quick. I also tried 950/1300 1.21v and I got P6200 so score is normal right? but what is making fps drop like that? On my 6970s 3dmark11 doesnt drop fps like that. Temps are not high.

The score is normal. I wouldn't worry about it unless it happens in game.
