Recently, the fan on my graphics card stopped spinning. The graphics card, itself, is still working. I can still watch videos, do work, and browse the internet. However, if I try to play a video game or watch a video for long periods of time, the screen will go blank and the monitor will say that it has lost signal. I suspect that this is due to overheating issues or something of that sort. When I took a look at the video card while having the computer on, I saw that the fan had stopped spinning completely. This was the case whenever the computer was in use, blank screen or not. So I think that there is a problem with either the fan or something controlling the fan. I tried to use the EVGA precision tool to control the fan, but it didn't work at all. Any potential solutions?
