Is this good? I'm hoping to be able to play most games on High/Max settings, while still getting good FPS. Also I need a new motherboard/Harddrive (At Least 1TB) and Power supply :3 , just don't know which ones would work. Newegg discontinued the ones I was going to get.

I think you can play any games on max with an hd 7970 which is like 150-200 bucks cheaper when you see it go on sale. you can easily get 80+FPS with it
If money is not an issue then you can go ahead with the GPU but if you are conscious then that 150-200$ graphics card savings can go towards investing in:
a) a good mechanical keyboard that will last very long...
b) another card 3-5 years later when the hd 7970 OR the card you listed will be obsolete anyways...
c) use it towards building another computer
d) save for a rainy day
e) etc... HD 7950 tier is also adequate to max all settings for all current games and games the next 2-3 years unless you want 100+ FPS...
depends where your part availability is you can get the i5 3570k for $200 so that again is a $30 savings
I don't see an aftermarket cooler on the list for your cpu
Also if the western digital green is NOT 7200RPM then i would rather get the caviar black 1TB for 90 bucks
Edit: I'm not sure if the prices you listed are with or without taxes
