Graphics Card Help

Hi, so I want to upgrade my graphics card:
Intel HD Graphics 1000
Motherboad: Acer Aspire M3970
Clocks: Core 850 MHz
Memory: 1808 Mbytes

So yeah I just wanted to know what kind of graphics card are compatible (Budget is max 150). Keep in mind I live in Canada, so if the item is available in NCIX that would be even better. I would also love an explaination on how to install the new graphics card and such because I'm a complete noob at this. Thanks in advance.

What kind of graphics card are you running? Installing the GPU is not that hard. All you need is a Phillips head screwdriver. That's how I built all of my computer, a single screwdriver.

You have a Radeon HD6450, so you would have to uninstall the drivers first, turn off the computer, remove the card, replace the card, and install the drivers for the new card.

I would recommend the Radeon HD7750 with your current setup.

He has something 80 Plus, and the 7750 will run on 300W.

Like I said the graphics card is Intel HD Graphics 1000 (GT1) Its an integrated graphics card. And can you explain to me what you mean about 80plus and 300w.

Well 7750/70 is the best card u need to get with that budget and can easily max out games.

You have a good CPU so there wont be any bottleneck.
