Hey, this is a pc it am building for my mom, she doesn't do anything hardcore so I think this could last her for 5 years... Here's the build let me know what you think! And it has to itx because she doesn't want a big case. Also I chose the fractal because its quiet and that would be important to her... Here it is!

Mobo: Gigabyte LGA 1155 DDR3 1600 Intel H77-110
Case: Fractal Design Node 304 Mini-ITX-85
CPU: Intel Core i3-3225 Dual-Core-130
Windows 8-20
Monitor: Viewsonic VA2212m-led 22inch-140
Hdd: Seagate Barracuda 500gb ST500DM002-60
Optical drive: Sony optiarc ddu1681s-18
Ram: Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer 4GB-18
Ssd: SanDisk 64 GB SDSSDP-064G-G25-65

A PicoPSU might be a good idea for this build, they only go up to about 150W but that's more than enough for a <65W CPU and the rest of the stuff you have there. Advantages are that they are fanless and external, meaning the case can be smaller and quieter.

Might be worth ditching the hard drive and getting a bigger SSD as well if she doesn't use much storage. Again, saves on physical space and makes it a lot quieter.

Might be worth to switch to a B75 board too. I don't think that board will even fit in your case either, unless its mini ITX.
