can anyone tell me why I cannot get the phone to vibrate and light up when I
upload mp3 music to it? Is there a a certain frequency tone I have to
include in the mp3 to get the phone to vibrate and light up? Thanks in
advance for any help.

only occurs while uploading mp3 to it?
I think maybe that's a bug of this type of mobile or it's out of the orbit
of this kind of mobile.
After all,the simplest way is to contact after service directly!
