My question Is Can I install the New 3 parts from above. and is the cpu cooler has any problem with the heatsink of the ram .is the motherboard can fit to my case.

Don't use the Cooler Master R4 for heatsinks (or radiators), they're terrible. They're decent as case fans but not for heatsinks. Get a noctua fan or maybe cougar or just use the stock fans (if it comes with one).

cuz i bought one for the case under the DVD it take 3 bay 5.25 Inch and its good for front of the case.
