Gaming Desktop under $650

Hello,
I want to make or buy a computer that can run Starcraft 2 at 45+ fps and other games. I have already scoured the internet for something useful, but there are too many distracting pictures of cats. I am brand new to computer building.

Purchase date: Within the next year or so.

Budget: $650 or Under, give or take a bit.

  1. I just put this together for someone else. Comes in at $650 but doesn't include an Operating System so technically over budget.
