New PC Won't Connect To WiFi

Can anyone help? It connects fine with an ethernet cable but, my wireless network shows up nowhere on my computer.

The computer is a desktop running windows 7. Motherboard its asrock extreme 4 gen 3. I'm trying to use the built in network card. Assuming it has built in wifi

Nope, you need to buy a PCIe wireless card.

Thanks for the help. I have pretty good internet so I'm going to go pick up a wireless adapter from Walmart. I'll try to go wired soon it would just take some work.
