Hello

I have a problem on another computer using windows XP where no devises
including the CD ROM are working and I can not use the recovery tool to roll
back the computer. When I viewed the devise manager page it is now empty.
This happened after following Nortons instructions to change permissions to
correct a problem in Norton 2005. I also have no access to help and support
which it say has not started.

Can anyone help solve this problem
