Hp Slimline S5000 Case Upgrade

Hello, I need some help i have a Hp Pavillion Slimline S5000 and i want to upgrade the case to maybe perform further upgrades but i would like to know if it is even possible to upgrade to a new case and if it is what cases could i upgrade it to was hoping for a CoolerMaster or A Corsair,

you should be able to change the case. one potential problem is most cases don't have memory card readers. if that's something you use you can buy them separately.
