The Radeon HD 7870 is a bit faster (Memory bandwidth) -- it handles higher resolutions better, and processes textures a lot faster than the GeForce GTX 560 Ti 448.

The Radeon HD 7870 also uses less power, but it is more expensive than the 448.

i only plan on playing battlefield 3 at high settings i really can't tell the difference between high and ultra and yes i did get my hands on the 560 ti it'll come in on wednesday.

the only reason i'm asking is because i had that 7870 and just got a refund for it. i really think that the 560 ti i got for 150 is really really cheap compared to the 260 i paid for the 7870 before

When playing BF3, the Radeon HD 7870 is a lot better than the 448.
