ASUS 7970 Direct CUII or the MSI Lighting TwinFrozr4?

Hi!

I'm having trouble deciding on which card to buy, the ASUSS 7970 Direct CUII or the MSI Lighting TwinFrozr4. They're both the 7970.

I'll have a i7-3770k, and a 750W supply. It's going to be with a gigabyte z77x-ud5h, and it's going to be in a 600t.
Here's the system I was planning on building:

CPU: i7-3770k
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB ((2 x 4GB)x2)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Storage: Crucial M4 64GB 2.5"
Video Card: Deciding
Case: Corsair 600T White Graphite
Power Supply: Corsair Professional 750W 80 PLUS Silver
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Ho
Other: Fan ($18.00)

I'm looking at buying local, not online, just in case of refunds/etc.

I'm leaning slightly towards the AMD side, though I could possibly try the GT600 series.

OVERCLOCKING: Yes, crossfire: No.

it's going to be running 1920x1080

Here are the two cards. http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX37946

I'm not looking for quietness, I'm looking for performance, and overclockability. Which one should I Choose?

Thanks guys! :D

PS. What is this GPU reactor thing on the MSI one? Thanks!
