Need some help on first time budget gaming build

Hi everybody, (Hi Doctor Nick)

I will be purchasing components and letting someone else build the machine(labor is free in Thailand). I want to use this machine as a Media Center/ Budget Gaming rig. It will be connected to my 40" Samsung Series 5 LCD. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what I've picked out so far(compatibility, quality, performance,general)...The build I've picked out so far comes in at around $475 with the parts purchased in Bangkok....

Get ONE kit of 2x4gb ram to save like $20.

Only get a power supply from a reliable company. (Antec, Corsair, XFX, Seasonic)

Try to get a 7770 because a 7750 will only get you low-medium settings at 1080p.

I will be purchasing all the parts in Bangkok so the prices from that website don't really matter to me.....

How many psu watt's would you recommend for that graphics card?

a good quality 450w would do fine. Again only Antec, Corsair, XFX, Seasonic brands.
