F9K1001 Router Firmware message

Hello,
I am getting a message telling me to install F9K1001 Router Firmware, 1.00.12. It lists 6 changes since 1.00.08. I just want to make sure this is not a virus and that it's legit before I install it!

Yes 100.12 is the latest version, as you can see on the belkin firmware page and do a direct download if you are concerned.
