Upgrade to Current PC

Hi i am looking to go Crossfire with 2 HIS Radeon 7850's here are my questions;

I am going to upgrade to windows 8 will i notice a performance difference?
Im running a Seasonic 620 watt PSU will this be sufficient?
other parts are:
Intel i5-3570k(at stock settings)
16 GB Gskill ripjaws 1600 RAM
(quick side note on this whenever i try to go dual channel with these i get a loud beeping noise and my computer reboots should i be concerned?It works fine in single channel mode however)
ASRock Z77 Extreme4
CM hyper plus cpu cooler

you will see a small performance improvement when going to win 8

what slots is your ram in? for dual channel it should be in slot 1 and 3 or 2 and 4

i tried both of the configurations you mentioned and both times i got a loud beeping noise but when in single channel mode thew work fine so i know the slots aren't dead

You won't notice improved performance with Win8.

The Seasonic is sufficient.

yes you will see performance improvement...small but still improvement..my windows performance score increased too
I would contact asrock as to why you can't get dual channel to work..with dual channel your system will be faster
