$800 Mini-ITX gaming build, help

I'm building a 2nd computer, mostly for LAN play .. I don't want to spend a lot of money, this system I spec'ed off "Canada Computers" website is using oldish components, the only item I bumped up was the graphics card a little bit. I want this computer to be able to run GTA IV / SR3 / BF3 / BO2 / BL2.. SC2.. lol.. on highish settings with decent framerate (30 fps) and Rift near max. I've never used a mini-itx case and its more so because I want this computer to be tucked away. I have no idea if the power supply is adequate and compaitable with the case. Also not 100% about the mobo and HD compaitability but assume its backwards compaitable.

Any help would be really appreciated!!!

Thank you for the feedback so far!

Do you think this system would run those games at decent settings?

I'll trade off the savings on the PSU to upgrade the CPU to something ~$100 but not sure what you mean by better.. faster cache or something?

Compared to lucidrainbow's build it's a bit faster, runs a bit cooler and costs a bit less.
Overall it's exactly the PC you said you want.

Or if size doesn't matter you could go with a full blown gaming PC like this one.
