Help with new build

First, has anyone had issues with the help pane.exe popping up randomly and not closing?

Second, when you build a new computer, are there any essential programs I should get? Or testing software?

I built this for someone else with all new parts, I just want to be sure it is all working fine and will continue to work fine when he uses it.

if you want.. you can run a program "prime95" to test that the build is stable

you can run it for 15min just to make sure. (dont need to do any other tasks during prime95 cuz it will load your system to the max to ensure stability)
