Help regarding low budget upgrading

My current configuration is as follows
Motherboard : Intel Deskop Boards DG41RQ
Processor : Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66GHz (E7300)
Ram : 800MHz DDR2 2Gb
Graphics Card : nVidia GeForce 9500GT
Monitor : IBM E50 15" CRT Display

I want to upgrade the following
Ram : 800MHz DDR2 4Gb
Graphics Card : nVidia GeForce GT640 (2 Gb) / AMD Radeon HD 7750
Monitor: Samsung 20B300

Will there be a considerable amount of problems while running the latest games? Will this configuration be able to run games for the next 4years?

Hd 7770 if you can strech the budget ti that.

What is your price /resolution .

Well the ram is ok and the monitoro too. Personally i would lean to 7750 instead of 640.

HD 7770 would be better than GT 640.

Ram is ok

monitor is okay (would you tell us the resolutions too?)

I don't think this configuration can run games for the next 4 years, maybe in low settings you could.

you can play the games that are out now in low - medium settings with newest drivers.

In 4 years if you get a 7770, will probably play games about as well as your 9500GT does now. Maybe a little bit worse actually, because your C2D cpu will be relatively weaker then.
