What card should I purchase

I need a Radeon HD 7870 but i have a price limit of $230 on newegg.com without MAIL-IN rebates. I would prefer a card that has really good cooling. Preferably non HIS.

you shouldn't limit yourslf to one website for your parts buying needs. Other sites like Mwave, amazon & tigerdirect may have a good or better deals. When part hunting I often surf up to 10 sites at a time comparing prices and part specifications.
