Hello, I seem to have a problem here...

I have a PC (obvious) and I am looking to upgrade the graphics card (for gaming)
I was thinking about the "Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 5450 1GB DDR3 PCI-e 2.x 16x"
link
(It's a Dutch website)
But I don't know if my PC can handle it.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Athlon 7550 Dual Core 2.5 GHz
Motherboard: BIOSTAR n61PB-M2S
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 (integrated in the motherboard)
RAM: 1 module 2GB DDR2 memory
I hope this is enough info.

I am a beginner at this, so please help me :(
Does my PC have enough power and voltage and so on?
And can it handle the graphics card?
Thank you for reading, I hope you will answer this

is it built or not? if its not built, your best bet is looking at the cord that comes out, reading the things on the back of the pc, or if you're lucky like me: there might be a sticker that says so on it.

cuz the first thing that we have to know is how powerful of an energy card your power supply can handle, then we can find out which is the best bang for the buck

(do you mean custom made?)
I don't know if it's custom made, my uncle gave us a link to a website for buying this PC years ago, and I don't remember it.

I don't think it's custom made but I am not sure
