How is this?

First of all I realize this is expensive and OF COURSE you could build something like this for substantially cheaper but I am more interested in having a it pre-built since I don't have a lot of experience building PC's.

Second of all you may think this is overkill and some of it probably is but I don't mind since I get it on an interest free loan through my workplace.

I chose the case because I wanted something relatively portable. I chose the rest of the specs based on reviews and benchmarks I've found on the internet through various sources. As far as I know everything is compatible but I need to be sure.

I will be using this PC for several things but mainly 1) Working on and 2) Gaming.

The work I will be doing is 3D Graphics design for games, I will be working with software like CryEngine and UDK creating and editing large game environments as well as making 3D models and animations. I also do some video editing, photoshop, etc.

Please let me know if I will have any compatibility issues. Is the 850W Power supply good enough? Should I replace any parts? Any cooling issues or issues with overheating? If I enable turbo mode?

It's good, but everything on here is mega overpriced. Also, couldn't you make this tax deductible?

Well they do price match so I can show them the parts on a cheaper site I suppose

Those are some decent suggestions but I would not purchase an H100i. Sure it sounds promising but it still doesn't beat a D14. Also the C70 isn't Corsair's best case - go with an Obsidian 550D instead.

You'd think NCIX would do a compatibility check as that motherboard won't work with that CPU. :heink:

In all honesty, I was just showing him how every part he had listed was overpriced and correcting for compatibility reasons. I don't know a ton about coolers though.
