Troubleshoot my internet windows 7

my internet keeps kicking me off..A box pops up and says internet error thin i click cancel then the pages turn to like faded and it says trying to restart how can i fix this problem i have a brand new comp. dsl high speed internet and i dont know whats wrong.

Brand new computer should come with some kind of free Tech support.

Have you contacted your PC's Manufacture?
