Pci1 mobo running pci 2 card: power supply

Hello,
I have a pci 1 mobo that I want to put a pci 2 card in. it used to have a pci 1 card in it. will i need a power supply upgrade (currently a 350w)?

Im guessing that everything runs at the least common denominator (pci 1) and that i would NOT need to get a new power supply, but figured id ask just in case.

it have nothing to do with pci 1 or pci 2, it have to do with which video card do you planning to get. some required more than other.
