low as possible while maintaining quality...looking for around 1000 for everything (including 3750k, GTX660Ti, asrock extreme 4, 1TB HDD and monitor)

If you just want to get front USB 3.0 ports without wanting 3750k, GTX660Ti, asrock extreme 4, 1TB HDD and monitor,ect...... $43.99 can do it. But not building a computer, but just upgrade front USB 3.0 ports.

Dude, I have a NZXT Phantom 410 and it's amazing. USB 3.0, awesome airflow, looks cool (in my opinion) and comes with a side window so you can look inside at your components. Highly recommend it.
