Fans light up but do not spin

I am having trouble with my Enermax Fulmo Advance Mid-Tower computer case.

The case comes with 3 Vegas LED fans--two 120 mm and one 180 mm--a rear 120 mm regular fan and a top 180 mm fan. The 3 Vegas LED fans light up their LEDs and can change modes (flash, spin, etc.). The problem is that the fans are not spinning, and I have checked the connections for to make sure everything is plugged in correctly; however, I'm not a pro by any standard.

Any help or advice to get my fans running?

I ended up plugging my fans directly into my MB and the fans worked right away. More than likely a problem with the built-in-case fan controller/connector. Odd, but problem solved and I can control them from my UEFI menu.
