I'm thinking of upgrading my graphics card for Christmas. I have a Gigabyte GeForce gt 610 1gb 64-bit gpu:

Out of these two cards, which should I upgrade to? Which is considerably better than my current card, has better cooling, has a better performance/price ratio, and is overall the better choice?

A lot of people probably think these cards aren't very good, but they work well for the type of games I'm running. Also, consider that I have a 450w psu that came with a budget computer case, and it has 396w on the +12v rail. Thank you very much.
