Nvidia 675M Notebook graphics card

Hey guys. I'm just curious. My friend just bought an Alienware M18x with following specs:

Intel Core i7 3610QM processor/2.3 GHz
Dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675M/4GB
16 GB RAM / 256 GB SSD

More specifically:

CPU: Intel i7-3610QM
GPU: Dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX675M
RAM: 16 384 - 1 600 Mhz

Will it handle most games at high fps and like max settings (not necessarily with full AA)? And how much of a downgrade is it if for example he'd go with the best available i7 notebook cpu and two 680m's in SLI ?
