For gaming 16 GB RAM is excessive, 8 will do.
As for PSU, with one gpu in mind ~550w will do. If you want cfire option, you need to get ~750w psu, either now or later, when adding second gpu.

Also i recommend getting cheaper mobo, for like ~150$. Anything over that price is just bells and whistles you won't even use and notice.

Get a quality PSU from Antec, Seasonic, XFX, Corsair or PC Power and Cooling, Silverstone. . At least 80+ bronze quality.

"The good news for folks with Piledriver-based processors is that the FX-8350 is nearly as quick as Intel's Core i3-2100 (never mind the fact that the Core i3 costs $90 less)."

get an i3, its faster and, unless your doing video rendering, you will not use 8 cores on anything. yes 16 gb is way overkill unless your doing rendering. 8 is standard.

Minecraft is a single core game, so one core will be running your client and the outer will run the tekkit server. ("feed the beast" is better but that's off topic)

i like your gpu, but AMD/ATI has issues with crossfire, or so i hear. i may be wrong on that... anyway, i would go with gtx 660 or gtx 660ti if you want to SLI in the future.
