Problem with booting up my pc, first time use with old HDD

Hello,

Tower: Midi tower NZXT H2 black

Motherboard: MSI z77 mpower lga 1155 (NEW)
Graphic cards: Gainward Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 (NEW), Nvidia Geforce GTX 260 (old)
Memory: Kingston Hyperx Beast 2x8GB (16GB) (NEW)
Power supply: Corsair HX750w (NEW)
HDD: Western Digital Desktop Green 3TB (NEW), Seagate 1,5TB SATA (old)
SSD: null
CD/DVD: Supermulti blue-ray Player with Lightscribe Technology drive (old)

How do I boot up my pc, installed every components and insert the cables to right connector? - there are lights and a click sound when I start and shutdown. None of the fans aren't spinning. Nothing happens on the monitor.. help

Which HDD is your boot drive... the old one or the new one?
