Main concern is if the case can fit everything, but I believe it should.

Also like to add that I will mainly be playing games like Diablo 3 and Dota 2 on this machine with the intent of playing them on high settings with good fps

Which mobo? If it's ATX or Micro ATX it should be fine.

Edit: Think I'd at least add an 80mm rear or better yet a 120mm top fan.
