My montior is connected from the HDMI output to a displayport on my docking stat

My docking station has 3 inputs: VGA; DVI; Displayport. The two monitors connected to VGA and DVI. The monitor that is connected from the HDMI output on the monitor to the Displayport on my docking station will not display an image. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

In order to use Display Port, you need 2 things:

1. A Video card that supports Display port
2. An "ACTIVE Display Port to HDMI Adapter- The passive version will not work..
