Hi,

I'm trying & connect to my corporate e-mail server with the 6820, but I
am having some issues...

I think I've set all the relevant stuff (SMTP server, username,
password etc), but no way...

Reading some past thread, I remember seeing a reference to a Blackberry
software to be installed by our IT guys in order to let the phone be
connected.

Is this really the only way? So far, I can successfully use Yahoo
e-mail via my service provider.
