Hi everyone,
I thought about upgrading to a new IB i5 rig recently but am a bit hesitant due to the new series of Intel/AMD chips as well as the DDR4 memory coming out this year, i thought i should just spend a smaller amount of money on upgrading my current rig ( can play most games fine full settings ), to a newer Motherboard, Ram, PSU and add an SSD.

My current rig:
AMD Phenom II X4 B50 3.1ghz w/ Artic Cooling 7 Pro Rev.2 HSF
GA-MA785G-UD3H motherboard
2x2GB DDR2 800MHZ
PowerColor 7850 PCS+
x2 WD 500GB Caviar Green Sata II (#1 being OS assigned)
x1 WD 500GB Sata
OCZ StealthXStream 600W PSU (i hate this PSU)

and here is the proposed upgrade:

Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 AMD970 + SB950 AM3+ 4x DDR3 GLAN SATA3 USB3.0 ATX

G Skill 8G(2x4G) DDR3 1600Mhz PC12800(GS-F3-1600C9D-8GAO)

Corsair GS700 v2 700W ATX Power Supply, 80 PLUS Bronze

Kingston 120G HyperX SSD SATA 3

Would i notice a substantial difference not just in boot times but in games?
Opinions are appreciated, thanks.
