Help with 1st build

This will be my first computer build and i do not have much knowledge on each individual part. My build will be used for I Racing, Call of Duty BOII, BF3, etc. I have done some research and came up with a parts list that is within my budget. I just wanted some advise or recommendations about the list and if i could have better parts with same amount of money.

List:

CPU = Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz Quad-Core $179.99
Motherboard = Asus P8B75-M LE Micro ATX LGA1155 $73.24
Memory = Corsair Vengeance 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 $25.99
Storage = Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM $64.99
Video Card = Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB $279.99
Case = Cooler Master Elite 430 ATX Mid Tower $39.99
Power Supply = Corsair 500W ATX12V $29.99

Thats a Awesome Build.

But get a better Brand GPU, like MSI Power Edition.
Gigabyte has Voltage Lock, So no Overclocking

And I would recommend you to get 8GB RAM and a 600w PSU.
However they aren't much Required.

And i am concerned about the motherboard since i haven't done any research on it.

That card is Best GTX 660 Ti.
I have the Same CPU with MSI B75MA-P45. So I suggest you this. Its good Enough for all those parts.
